Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 27, 2026

We want everyone in Division 3 to be able to read, use and get in touch through this website, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for all visitors.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites. This site is partially conformant, which means most of it meets the standard but some content may not yet fully meet it.

What we do

  • Use clear headings and a consistent layout on every page

  • Choose text sizes and color combinations that are easy to read

  • Add descriptive text to meaningful images

  • Build forms with labels and support for keyboard navigation

  • Review pages for accessibility as we add and update content

Known limitations

Some older blog posts and images may not yet have full image descriptions. Content and documents on other websites we link to, such as EMWD and state agencies, are outside our control and may not be fully accessible.
